What is a simple sentence?
A simple sentence is a sentence which consists of one independent clause.
Examples:
	
		
			| One subject+ one verb | Freshwater boils at 100 degrees Celsius | 
		
			| One subject + two verbs | Freshwater boils at 100 degrees and freezes at 0 degrees Celsius | 
		
			| Two subjects + one verb | Freshwater and salt water do not boil at the same temperature | 
		
			| Two subjects + two verbs | Freshwater and salt water do not boil and do not freeze at the same temperature |
